The Opening of the 2021 Basic Members Deliberation has been held on Tuesday, 16 November at 19.30 through a Google meeting.

The series of events include:

1. Opening of the Member’s Deliberation Basic
2. Exposure and Determination of the Rules of the Deliberative Session of Basic Members
3. Presentation and Determination of the Rules for Election of the Presidium for the Deliberation of Basic Members
4. Election of Presidium for the Deliberation of Basic Members
